The developers of the retroshooter Huntdown explained the deal with Epic Games and announced the imminent announcement of the release date of the Steam version
The Huntdown co-op retro shooter development team from Easy Trigger Games studio reached out to players about the project’s upcoming release on Valve’s digital distribution service.
As a reminder, the PC version of Huntdown debuted on May 12, 2020, as a temporary Epic Games Store exclusive. In a new appeal, Easy Trigger Games explained this decision.
According to the developers, for whom Huntdown was their debut project, the deal with Epic Games gave “much-needed confidence” in the future and additional time to polish the game.
With the first anniversary of Huntdown approaching, the team has begun preparations for a Steam release. The premiere is expected before the end of the first half of this year.
Details Easy Trigger Games will share in two weeks: “We have big plans, and on April 7th, we will talk about everything, including new features and a specific launch date for [Huntdown on Steam] . “
