Publisher 2K and developer Hangar 13 on the official website of the Mafia series has revealed the final system requirements for Mafia: Definitive Edition – a full remake of the first part.

Recall that a week ago, the blogger TripleADigest already announced the “appetites” of Mafia: Definitive Edition, but at that time the information was preliminary: the final version of the requirements is really slightly different.

For example, in the minimum configuration, TripleADigest has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 and AMD Radeon R9 280X video cards, while the official list recommends NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 and AMD Radeon HD 7870.

The complete system requirements for Mafia: Definitive Edition are as follows:

Recommended Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 (64 bit);
  • processor: Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.2 GHz;
  • RAM: 16 GB;
  • video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 or AMD Radeon RX 5700;
  • DirectX: 11;
  • Disk space: 50 GB.Among other things, the developers revealed several graphics settings, which in the PC edition of Mafia: Definitive Edition will allow you to adjust in the range from low to medium and high: quality of geometric detail, vegetation, decals, direct lighting, indirect lighting, shadow quality, reflection quality, volumetric effects, anti-aliasing.

    The release of Mafia: Definitive Edition is expected on September 25 on PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One. At the same time, the version for the digital store Epic Games Store still does not have an exact release date – only 2020.
