Well-recognized design and benchmark results
Samsung is preparing to launch the flagship Galaxy S21 series and is expected to make its official debut no earlier than a month from now. Meanwhile, a video has appeared on the network, where, presumably, a perfectly working Galaxy S21 + smartphone is shown.
The first live video with a working Samsung Galaxy S21 + appeared on the network a month before the announcement
The video was published by a video blogger under the nickname Random Stuff 2 on YouTube. And although the device on the video is carefully pasted over all the “extra” labels, the design of the device is recognizable enough to believe in the statement that this is exactly the Galaxy S21 +. It is possible that it will be removed soon, but screenshots from this video have already been replicated over the network.
You can pay attention to the flat screen and very thin bezels around the entire display, including the bottom edge, which is traditionally wider for Samsung than the side and top edges. The characteristically designed the main camera on the rear panel is also clearly visible.
The surface of the rear panel is matte and it’s hard to tell if it’s plastic or glass. According to rumors, Samsung is leaning towards a plastic case even on the not the most affordable model in the series.
Also, the video blogger launched Geekbench 5 on the smartphone with a score of 1115 and 3326 points, respectively. This is a significant improvement over the Galaxy S20 + results – 830 and 3087.
The official debut of the Galaxy S21, S21 +, and S21 Ultra is expected at the January 14 event.
