The flagship Motorola with an “endless edge” was the first smartphone with the promised upgrade to Android 12

This is the first real flagship smartphone of the company since the Moto Z series. At the time of the announcement, Motorola announced that the smartphone will receive only one major Android update, that is, it will be updated to Android 11. This statement was met with criticism of potential buyers.

Android phones tend to have relatively short update cycles compared to the iPhone, which receives updates for about five years. Of course, the flagship for 1303 dollars with such short update support did not really appeal to users. Therefore, Motorola changed its position and promised that the new product will receive at least two major Android updates, that is, it will be updated to Android 12.

The release of Motorola Edge + in the US is expected tomorrow.
