“ We are especially looking forward to the launch of a scientific satellite. We are returning to the moon. This mission involves landing in the South Pole region, no one in the world has ever done such things. Such missions are always risky, all over the world the probability of successful completion of such missions is estimated at about 70% ,” Yuri Borisov said. “ I wish it [the mission] went well ,” he added.

“Luna-25” should become the first domestic probe in the history of modern Russia. The launch of the automatic station is scheduled for August 11 from Vostochny.
