Artificial intelligence-based Microsoft Copilot Assistant (based on the GPT-4 language model), as it became known, will be an expensive pleasure for corporate clients.

In the Microsoft 365 Suite, AI will be available to Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium customers for $30 per month. And this is for each user. It may not seem like much for large companies, but the fact is that the Microsoft 365 software package itself costs $36 per month per user. In this case, we’re talking about Microsoft 365 E3, which includes access to Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and many more productivity features. That is, buying Copilot in addition to such a version is almost doubling the cost of a subscription. In the case of the basic version of Business Standard, which costs $ 12.5 per month, AI will make the subscription almost four times more expensive.

Of course, Copilot offers a lot. AI will help generate text in Word, create presentations in PowerPoint and spreadsheets in Excel. Copilot will also be able to track updates in related projects, track meetings in Microsoft Teams, and even be able to work with emails in Outlook and much more. True, you still have to learn how to work with all these functions.

Feedback from companies that have already tested Copilot has been positive. They say that the more customers use Copilot, the more their enthusiasm for AI grows. Some say that soon no one will want to work without it.
