It may not seem like much for large companies, but the fact is that the Microsoft 365 software package itself costs $36 per month per user. In this case, we’re talking about Microsoft 365 E3, which includes access to Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and many more productivity features. That is, buying Copilot in addition to such a version is almost doubling the cost of a subscription. In the case of the basic version of Business Standard, which costs $ 12.5 per month, AI will make the subscription almost four times more expensive.
