San Francisco authorities filed a complaint

Company X (formerly Twitter) Elon Musk was again at the center of the scandal. This time connected not with the virtual, but with the real world. A new sign with a new logo has recently appeared at the company’s headquarters. It turned out that in fact it was installed illegally.

San Francisco officials say changing letters or symbols on buildings or installing new signage on top of buildings requires special permission, both for safety reasons and to “match the historical character of the building.” The former Twitter did not receive such permission.

As a result, the city authorities initiated an investigation and filed a complaint.
