“ The Ministry of Digital Development, together with representatives of the industry, is working on proposals to abandon restrictions on access to sites that provide unlicensed video content from Western majors, under certain conditions. Such video content must not be legally presented in Russian online services, must not be rented in cinemas, and must not contain extremist materials and LGBT propaganda ,” the source said.
Recall that last year, against the backdrop of the suspension of the distribution of films by many foreign companies in Russia, Dmitry Medvedev spoke many times in support of the distribution of pirated copies of films, considering this as part of counter-sanctions.
