The new Outriders patch resolved the problem with disappearing items from the inventory, but spawned another

People Can Fly has released an update for the co-op RPG shooter Outriders, which should fix the problem of missing items in inventory once and for all. This is one of the most serious bugs of the project, due to which players lost all their equipment they got.

The latest update fixes only new cases of this error: the patch includes a three-stage inventory protection protocol, preventing further loss of things. Unfortunately, this will not help players who have already been affected by this bug.

The Outriders team is still working on a massive inventory recovery that will recover most of the lost gear and items. People Can Fly is also working on fixing the problem “Failed to connect to the server,” which occurred among users affected by the loss of things.

However, fixing this issue brought another: some users may experience their inventory becoming invisible due to a network connection error. The Outriders team stated that this is a temporary bug. Now it can be solved by restarting the game or waiting for a few minutes.

Outriders are out now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.
