The new Redmi Note 9 is a completely different smartphone, unlike the global version

It is noteworthy that the existing image of the Redmi Note 9 line of smartphones was not presented in China. However, under the name Redmi Note 9, there will be brand new smartphones hiding in China that will be very different from the global versions of the various Redmi Note 9 models.

Chinese network whistleblower Digital Chat Station reports that the Redmi Note 9 series will use a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a slight bend on the sides. The screen will support an adaptive refresh rate. The display will be able to instantly switch the screen frequency from 30 to 120 Hz, without visible delays, depending on the displayed content. This will significantly extend the operating time of the smartphone without recharging.

The screen resolution will be 2400 x 1080 pixels, it covers 84% of the NTSC color space. The screen has a typical brightness of 450 cd / m 2 . It has passed TUV Rheinland Low Blu-ray certification. It has been speculated that this is the same screen found in the Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition. The source also adds that the battery capacity of the smartphone will be 4800 mAh, and the hole for the front camera will have a diameter of 3.8 mm.

The older version of the new Redmi Note 9 can be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G single-chip system, and the standard version can receive the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC. In addition, the older version also supports 33W fast charging.
