The next patch for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will fix some bugs in the recent content update

Unlike the October update, the upcoming one (it received serial number 1.06) is aimed not at adding additional content, but at fixing the problems present in the game.

The patch will be available tomorrow, November 20, on all target platforms: first on PC (Steam) and Google Stadia, and after a while – on PS4 and Xbox One. The update will involve four hours of server maintenance.

The patch is intended to fix a bug with fixing the camera in the modes “Meditation on Power” and “Tournament of Power”, incorrect behavior of one of the bosses, and problems with displaying the interface.

The previously mentioned content patch added an in-game message system to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, three costumes for the main character, and two new ways to fight bosses.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice was released on March 22, 2019, on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and reached Google Stadia on October 28, 2020. Since its release, the game has sold over 5 million copies.

In addition to fixing Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, the studio is also busy developing Elden Ring. According to the head of Xbox Phil Spencer, the project will be “the most ambitious brainchild” of director Hidetaka Miyazaki.
