The shell for them is already being tested.
During the announcement of the Nova 7 series smartphones, Huawei also finally presented the official list of models for which a major update of the EMUI 10.1 shell is being prepared.

It included 22 models. For most of them, closed beta testing is currently underway in China. Later, the list of smartphones supporting EMUI 10.1 may expand.
As for the global version of EMUI 10.1, Huawei has not yet made its official announcements. However, some owners of the Huawei P30 and Mate 30 series devices, as well as the Nova 5T have already begun to participate in the beta program in Malaysia and the Philippines.
