The result is slightly better than the iPhone 14 Pro Max
The iPhone 15 Pro Max, like all other Apple smartphones, offers very high-quality speakers, but they are far from the best on the market. At least judging by DxOMark tests.
The “oldies” Xiaomi Mi 10S and Mi 10 Pro are better than the latest iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The smartphone scored 143 points, taking 12th place and standing one step higher than its predecessor. Above are mostly gaming smartphones, which often stand out for their excellent stereo sound. But also better than the new iPhone were the Honor Magic3 Pro+, Huawei Mate 50 Pro, and the already middle-aged Xiaomi Mi 10S and Mi 10 Pro.
At the same time, the iPhone 15 Pro Max outperforms all other 2023 flagships that are in the source database. For example, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has 139 points.
It can also be noted that the new Apple product became the best in the DxOMark rating in terms of the number of sound artifacts during recording, although during playback everything is completely different: the device has 91 points against a record 157 points.
