The Pathless from the creators of Abzu will be released on November 12 on PC, PS4 and iOS, and the PS5 version will go on sale along with the console
Publisher Annapurna Interactive in their microblog announced the release date of the action-adventure The Pathless from the developers of Abzu from the independent studio Giant Squid.
The Pathless will go on sale November 12 this year for PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and iOS (Apple Arcade). Thus, the project will become part of the launch lineup for the new Sony console.
On the appointed day, the PlayStation 5 will launch only in the countries of the first wave, while the console (and with it the corresponding version of The Pathless) will reach Russia and the rest of the world only on November 19.
Despite the proximity of the release, Annapurna Interactive is not yet ready to announce the price of The Pathless, but they promise to fix the situation (and tell about the retail edition) by the end of October.
Annapurna Interactive also said in the comments below the announcement that the PS5 version of The Pathless will not cost € 90 and will not be included in the November PlayStation Plus list.
In The Pathless, players are assigned the role of the Huntress – an experienced archer who, with her faithful eagle, went to a mysterious island to rid the world of the “dark curse that consumed it”.
The developers promise an open world full of secrets and mysteries without the usual means of navigation, puzzles, “epic battles”, as well as a “unique archery system” that allows you to effortlessly hit the target at high speed.
