Some features are missing in the new app
Microsoft is gradually introducing innovations from Windows 11 into its previous OS, Windows 10. The most recent update was the transfer of the Photos application to Windows 11, which replaced the outdated Windows 10 application.
The modern Photos app offers a host of new features, including new ways to edit your photos and a filmstrip feature that lets you view all your photos and videos in one window.

Another notable change is multi-view, a much-touted feature in the Photos app. As the name suggests, multi-view is a new way to compare photos or videos. Images or videos open in the same window, but allow you to compare content side by side.
However, not all users are satisfied after receiving the update. In the Microsoft Feedback Center and on the official forum, users are complaining en masse and asking for the return of features such as Clarity and Spot Fix, which allows you to remove blemishes or “undesirable areas” from photos. As one user noted, he doesn’t want “fancy photo effects” but does want his photos to look sharp and legible.
