The release date of the Steam version of Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered has become known – November 17
The PC Gamer portal drew attention to the page for the updated version of the action-adventure Ghostbusters: The Video Game appeared in the Steam digital distribution service.
Recall that the PC version of Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered (the so-called re-release) was released exclusively in the Epic Games Store and has not yet appeared outside this store.
However, the situation will change in the very near future. According to the information on the Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered Steam page, the re-release will be available on Valve’s site on November 17.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered cannot be pre-ordered on Steam, although the premiere is close. The cost of the new release is also unknown, but the Epic Games Store is asking for 549 rubles for the game.
Thus, Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will reach Valve’s digital store a year and almost a month and a half (410 days) after its premiere on the Epic Games Store.
For comparison: Afterparty and The Outer Worlds reached the Valve site even earlier than the prescribed 12-month deadline, and the premiere of the Steam version of Shenmue III is scheduled for the expiration date of the agreement – November 19 this year.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered was released on October 4, 2019 on PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The journalists did not take the game too warmly – on Metacritic the reissue has from 66 to 73 points.
