The Second Extinction Dinosaur Extermination Coming to Xbox on April 28
Systemic Reaction has announced that the co-op shooter Second Extinction will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S on April 28 in Early Access. The game will also be part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog for PC and consoles.
Second Extinction has been in Early Access on Steam since October 2020. This is a cooperative shooter for three people, in which the main opponents are prehistoric creatures – dinosaurs. True, in the game, they became even stronger due to mutations.
The game takes place on a post-apocalyptic Earth. You, choosing one of four heroes, go to the surface of the planet to fight a terrifying enemy – mutant dinosaurs. You have to clear the regions from the threat and perform various tasks. Every week in War Mode, players will see the fruits of their labors to cleanse the Earth.
The early access version includes four heroes, ten weapons with five levels of improvements, six tasks, and several additional missions in different regions of the planet. Gradually, there will be more content in Second Extinction. But the developers have not yet named a specific release date for the full version of the game.
