In October, the share of HTTPS results on the first page of Google reached 98%. This is evidenced by data from Mozcast.

To test the accuracy of Mozcast’s data, Moz employee Peter Meyers also analyzed the share of HTTPS pages on desktop and mobile devices using 7.5 million keywords from STAT.
