The day before, we reported that a mysterious Xiaomi smartphone codenamed M2012K11C was spotted in the GeekBench benchmark: according to observers, this is the flagship device Mi 11, which will be released next year. Now internet sources have published new information about the device.

The well-known network informant Digital Chat Station shared data on the Xiaomi Mi 11 multi-module camera. It is alleged that it will include a 48-megapixel unit with ultra-wide-angle optics, and the pixel dimensions of this component will be 0.8 microns.

Earlier, there were rumors that a main 108-megapixel sensor would also be used. The front camera will supposedly be able to form 32-megapixel images.

Thus, taking into account other sensors as part of a multi-module system, the total camera resolution of the Xiaomi Mi 11 device may be at the level of 200 million pixels.

The “heart” of the novelty will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 processor, which, according to preliminary information, will include eight computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.84 GHz, an Adreno 660 graphics accelerator, and a Snapdragon X60 5G cellular modem.

The official presentation of Xiaomi Mi 11 is expected in February. The smartphone will ship with the Android 11 operating system.
