The upcoming mid-range smartphone Samsung Galaxy A52 5G will receive a Snapdragon 750G chip and a 64-megapixel quad camera

The China Telecommunications Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA) database has information about the mid-range smartphone Galaxy A52, which is expected to be announced soon by Samsung.

It is reported that the new product will be available in versions with support for fifth-generation (5G) cellular communication and without. In the first case, the computing load will fall on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, in the second – on the Snapdragon 720G chip. The operating system Android 11 with a proprietary add-on One UI 3.x will be used as a software platform.

The equipment, according to available information, will include an Infinity-O AMOLED display measuring 6.5 inches diagonally. There is a small hole in the centre in the upper area of ​​this panel for a single front camera. In addition, a fingerprint scanner integrated directly into the screen area is mentioned.

It is said about the presence of a quadruple-camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor, a unit with ultra-wide-angle optics, a micromodule and a depth sensor.

The dimensions of the device are called – 159.9 × 75.1 × 8.4 mm. The Galaxy A52 5G version is expected to be offered for an estimated $ 500 price tag.
