Granta CNG will not be as massive as regular Granta
The company “ATS-Auto”, which produces dual-fuel Lada Granta, disclosed the volume of their production. It is relatively small: 3 thousand cars a year. About this publication Drom.ru told the head of the enterprise Alexei Suchkov.
According to him, the dual-fuel version of Lada Granta CNG is produced only on pre-orders. It turns out that 3 thousand cars is an approximate volume of real demand for such a version. According to Aleksey Suchkov, Granta CNG primarily attracts taxi companies, which is not surprising: on a full refueling of methane and gasoline, a car can travel about 1,000 km. In addition, refueling with gas is cheaper than with gasoline, therefore, with a high mileage, the additional payment for the installation of LPG in the amount of 45 thousand rubles quickly pays for itself.
