The world tree, the green man and the bosses are out of place: the blogger told what happens in the leaked Elden Ring trailer

Chinese blogger Longqi Bangbangtang published the unknown concept art of Elden Ring in December 2020, shared information about a trailer for the game that was recently released on the Web.

Recall that almost two minutes of footage from Elden Ring was leaked to the Internet at the beginning of the week. Simultaneously, the video was not intended for public display since it does not reflect the current state of the project.

According to VentureBeat journalist Jeff Grubb, the trailer was made in 2020, and Longqi Bangbangtang clarified that this is either the beginning of that year or the end of 2019.

The world tree flashed in the video (see screenshot above), according to the blogger, performs a different function than in the recent God of War and does not unite parts of the world into a single whole.

The narrator’s voice in the trailer allegedly belongs to an NPC voiced by the dubbing actor Patches from previous From Software projects.

According to unconfirmed reports, Elden Ring will have an open world with kingdoms. The video shows several: a castle at the beginning of the video, a “snow scene” near the end, and a world tree.

In the episode where two giants are pulling a carriage, Longqi Bangbangtang saw a parallel with the green man – a legendary creature that symbolized rebirth in medieval Europe.

The blogger also suggested that the trailer’s bosses for the release of Elden Ring may move to other locations, but they should not change externally: at least this was the case with Ibraitas from Bloodborne.

Elden Ring is being created for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Informants to the Video Games Chronicle reported that the likelihood of a release this year is extremely low, but Longqi Bangbangtang claims the opposite.
