During the development process, the creators clarified the characteristics of the novelty. It was originally planned to equip the device with a MediaTek Dimensity 1000 processor, but in the end, the choice was made in favor of the Dimensity 800 chip. This solution combines eight processing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.6 GHz and a 5G modem.

Instead of a 6.53-inch screen, it was decided to use a 6.39-inch AMOLED panel in Full HD + format (2340 × 1080 pixels). The display slides out relative to the rear of the case to reveal a QWERTY keyboard.

The amount of RAM has been increased from the planned 6 GB to 8 GB. There is a flash drive with a capacity of 128 GB, which can be supplemented with a microSD card.

The smartphone will receive a battery with a capacity of 3500 or 4000 mAh with support for wireless charging according to the Qi standard. It says about the presence of a USB Type-C port.

The slider will ship with Android 11. The price has already been announced – $ 699.
