At the same time, it must be remembered that as soon as AvtoVAZ equips Vesta with key components – electronic units, a stabilization system and an automatic transmission, the model will significantly rise in price. Now AvtoVAZ can produce Euro-2 cars. This opportunity will soon disappear. When AvtoVAZ fully switches to Euro-5, the weighted average price of VAZ cars will rise. Accordingly, “Iskra” will cost no less than the basic version of “Vesta” or slightly lower, but in any case significantly more than “Grants”.
