The images above perfectly demonstrate the design of the device. The airbag is shaped like a coin. One part of it is white plastic, the other is made of brushed metal with the characteristic logo and inscriptions Bluetooth and Ultra-Wideband.
AirTag is based on the U1 chip from Universal Scientific Industrial (USI Global). But it was developed by Apple itself. According to an insider, the Ultra-Wideband U1 chip will appear in all Apple products and will change the rules of the game in the industry. This chip allows not only very precise location determination but also provides data transmission.
