The presentation of the model will take place this year
Volkswagen T-Cross, released in 2019, will be transformed this year. The first photos of the new model, which is undergoing road tests, were published by the British edition of autoexpress.
The 2023 Volkswagen T-Cross will compete against models such as the Citroen C3 Aircross, Renault Captur, Nissan Juke, Seat Arona and Skoda Kamiq. There is also a proportionate crossover in the Volkswagen lineup – this is the new Taigo, based on the T-Cross.
This is the Volkswagen T-Cross 2023.
Our new spy shots show that the T-Cross will get an updated front end with a new grille and a lower bumper. The grille itself can be adapted to include full-width daytime running lights, as found on other Volkswagen models. The rear of the T-Cross gets a similar treatment with new taillight clusters and a redesigned rear bumper.
Inside, a 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Pro is expected as standard, with an eight-inch touchscreen in the middle of the dash with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity.
The car must be equipped with a 1-liter turbocharged petrol engine with a capacity of 109 hp. and a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 148 hp.
