According to Vedomosti, the Tinkoff Group has found an office for a new headquarters, having concluded an agreement with the development company AFI Development to lease an area of about 78 thousand square meters in the new AFI Square business center on Georgian Val.

Colliers International partner Stanislav Bibik and ILM managing partner Andrei Lukashev have confirmed that this deal has become the largest in the history of the office market.
Vedomosti confirms that the lease agreement was signed for 12 years, and the AFI Square business center with a total area of about 90 thousand square meters, according to the plan, will be completed only in the first half of 2022.
The representative of the Tinkoff group confirmed that the new headquarters is designed for 6-7 thousand people. Colliers International partner Stanislav Bibik added that a company can pay about 35 thousand rubles a year for one square meter of rental AFI Square, excluding VAT and operating costs.
Earlier, Tinkoff invited new customers to issue and use a Tinkoff Black virtual debit card without meeting with a representative and signing an agreement. And last year, Tinkoff introduced the polite voice assistant Oleg.
