At the same time, Rostelecom said that the company cannot disclose details about customers, in accordance with an agreement with customers.
Aurora is the first domestic mobile operating system. It is based on Sailfish OS, an open source operating system from the Finnish company Jolla, created by ex-Nokia employees. It can be installed on any mobile device, has successfully passed the certification tests of the Federal Security Service of Russia, is registered by Rospatent and is included in the register of domestic software.
Earlier it was reported that Russian officials and legislators began to receive smartphones that run the Aurora operating system.
