Video: Introducing the New Class, High-Level Content, and PvP in Diablo Immortal
Diablo Immortal has entered the closed alpha stage and has received many new features. Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase talked about them in detail in a fresh video: they introduced another character class, told about the raid on 48 people and high-level PvP battles.
Crusader is a new specialization that was shown in the video. She migrated to Diablo Immortal from Diablo 3 and stood out for her ability to combine spells and attacks at medium range.
Blizzard also spoke about the Helliquary system. Once a month, developers will add a powerful boss to Diablo Immortal, which players level 41 and above can kill. For the victory, special trophies are provided that give certain bonuses to the character.
The high-level content in the project includes a PvP system that unites all servers. Users will join one of two factions that compete for leadership throughout the season. Each of the players will contribute to the fight for the championship. The leading faction will be able to participate in a raid for 48 people and receive valuable rewards and bonuses to specific indicators. And for the laggard, there is a cooperative event, “Attack on the Shelter,” designed for groups of up to four people.
Diablo Immortal will be released on iOS and Android devices; a release date has yet to be announced.
