All in! Games, along with developers from One More Level, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks, have unveiled a trailer for the launch of their cyberpunk first-person shooter Ghostrunner on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC (on Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store).

Ghostrunner

Ghostrunner offers fast-paced and brutal combat in an original setting that combines science fiction with post-apocalyptic themes. Ghostrunner tells the story of a neon tower city of Dharma that is in the past and its inhabitants are forced to constantly fight to survive.

The protagonist is a living weapon and the only one who is able to fight both in the physical world and in cyber emptiness – a visual representation of the internal network of the Dharma, in which you have to hack systems and learn new abilities using a digital dojo. Players will have to use their unique connection to technology to seek answers in the last remaining human city.

The game’s original setting combines sci-fi, cyberpunk, and post-apocalyptic themes. Dharma – the last refuge of humanity after a terrible cataclysm – is torn apart by violence, poverty, and chaos. The mechanics are based on “one hit, one kill” and melee combat. Death awaits around every corner, so the reaction should be lightning fast.

Thanks to NVIDIA RTX ray-tracing support, you can count on advanced lighting effects (we wrote about them using the demo version ). Composer Daniel Deluxe was responsible for the music. By the way, Ghostrunner supports both ASUS Aura Ready RGB lighting effects and Corsair’s full iCUE RGB lighting integration. It will launch on Nintendo Switch in November.
