At the beginning of the video, it is told how, in the process of a failed experiment, a dangerous parasite broke free and infected a zero patient. With this incident, the zombie apocalypse began in the game world. Users will have to unite in a group of up to four people and try to survive in such conditions. The developers promise that in Back 4 Blood each playthrough will be unique due to the use of different weapons, environment, location and types of enemies that are found in locations.

As for the closed alpha testing, it will take place from December 17 to 21. Users will be able to try out one of the first missions in the project. In the process of passing the testers will gain access to a variety of items and meet with enemies of several types, including huge monsters from previous trailers.

Back 4 Blood will be released on June 22, 2021, on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
