The video first demonstrates the movement from a third-person view on the island in the Mediterranean Sea, where the events will unfold. Apparently, the players will find original locations with interesting architecture. The trailer then shows Sherlock Holmes investigating thefts and murders. He will be able to use the detective mode, which refers to the Batman: Arkham series. The main character enters it and scans the area for evidence. When he notices a clue, the user is asked to conclude – to choose one of several proposed options.

Also, the teaser showed close-range battles. Fights will take place only according to the plot, so it will not be possible to attack any person you meet in the game.

Sherlock Holmes Chapter One will be released in 2021 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Series S, with no exact release date.
