Video: post-apocalyptic landscapes, settlements and dilapidated cities in the Biomutant trailer

Experiment 101 Studio and THQ Nordic have shared a fresh trailer for the action game Biomutant. The video is entirely dedicated to the post-apocalyptic open world that is depicted in the game.

The video begins with a demonstration of several landscapes saturated with vivid colors. Against their background, the main character, a fighting raccoon, who owns kung fu techniques, is slowly walking. Then dilapidated temples and peaceful settlements with NPCs are shown. They mostly go about their business (for example, chopping wood).

There was a place in the world of Biomutant for bright billboards and graffiti on the walls of dilapidated buildings. Against them, the post-apocalyptic ruins of cities create a dark contrast.

The trailer also showcased ways to navigate the open world. The main character can walk, fly on a glider, control the amount and become a pilot of a large robot.

Biomutant will be released on May 25, 2021, on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with pre-orders for the game already open. You can view a detailed gameplay demo of the project at this link.
