Tunguska: The Visitation has traditional combat mechanics for such action games. The game also has some survival elements like food, medicine, energy, hazardous environments, and supply management. However, the gameplay from the point of view of survival mechanics will deliver a minimum of trouble – the emphasis is on the strategic planning of each skirmish and the covert passage of some moments.

The game will offer you to feel yourself in the shoes of a monster hunter and wander through the abandoned villages, factories, and dangerous swamps of the Zone somewhere in the area of the Soviet-era Tunguska River. In the process, the dark secrets of the past of these places have to be revealed. The developer promises interesting tasks and side missions that can be obtained from dialogs and various documents and notes.

Tunguska: The Visitation promises difficult opponents – both humans and mutants; radiation and toxic effects, which can be dealt with in several ways; supernatural anomalies to watch out for; weight-limited RPG-style equipment; bonuses from body parts of mutants with positive and negative effects; the possibility of stealthy passage or breakthrough; various sensors that help in certain situations; as well as a whole arsenal of Soviet-era weapons.
