We will remind you, Maquette was announced in February 2020 before PAX East 2020, where the game could be tested in person. Until recently, the project did not even have an approximate release date.

It became known that Maquette will go on sale on March 2 this year for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Despite the proximity of the premiere, pre-orders are not yet available.

The release date for Maquette was announced as part of a new trailer. The video is dedicated to the two main characters’ voice actors: Bryce Dallas Howard will voice Kenzie, and Seth Gabel will play Michael.

Earlier it was reported that Maquette “will help comprehend the scale of everyday worries in the plot of a modern love story,” the prominent roles destined for the aforementioned Kenzie and Michael.

Recall that the events of Maquette unfold in a recursive world that is placed inside itself and where “all buildings, plants and other objects are both tiny and inconceivably huge

All puzzles in Maquette will be built on the recursive nature of the surrounding reality. Exactly how the game works were explained in July 2020 by Graceful Decay creative director Hanford Lemoore.
