Video: walkthrough of two missions and release dates in a gameplay demonstration of War Mongrels tactics
Destructive Creations, known for Ancestors Legacy and Hatred, have published a new demo of the War Mongrels tactics gameplay. The video showed the passage of two missions and revealed the timing of the game’s release.
The video begins with a background story about the events on the Eastern Front during World War II and the fate of the two main characters. Then users are shown the protagonists who find themselves in the epicenter of the fighting.
When passing the first task from the video, you need to act covertly. First, the heroes must acquire equipment and then gradually work their way towards the goal. The main task in the first mission is to escape on a motorcycle, and in the second – to blow up the railway bridge.
A fresh video demonstrates in detail the game mechanics of War Mongrels. The main characters can sneak up from behind and secretly kill opponents. They are also able to distract their attention and engage in open battles. Battles unfold in real-time with an active pause. To destroy enemies in confrontations, the protagonists use small arms, grenades, Molotov cocktails, and so on.
War Mongrels will be released in September 2021 on PC ( Steam ); the exact release date has not yet been disclosed.
