Vivo has updated a number of popular smartphones to Android 11
Vivo has announced the update of the operating system of a number of smartphones to Android 11. The V20 SE, X50 Pro, Y12s, and X50 are among the first to receive the software update. During the second phase, until June 2021, the Vivo V17 model, which went on sale in December last year, will receive an update.
Android 11 is Google’s new operating system with an improved user interface, a new way to receive notifications, calls, a night theme function, and new tools to protect user data.
It is worth noting here that the Vivo V20 smartphone running Android 11 OS, whose implementation started in October, became the first device on sale in Russia based on the latest version of the operating system.
The Vivo V20 smartphone is equipped with a 44-megapixel front camera with autofocus mode, which allows you to focus on the subject from a distance of 15 cm, which makes it possible to take clear selfies, regardless of whether the user is holding a smartphone in their hands or using a selfie stick. Smartphone-supported new tripod night mode improves stabilization and increases exposure. The device is based on an 8nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G octa-core processor, featuring high performance combined with low power consumption. The Vivo V20 is available in Mysterious Midnight and Colorful Sunset.
