It is reported that the new product will be equipped with a 6.4-inch display with a notch at the top, which will house a dual front camera with a 44-megapixel main sensor and ultra-wide-angle optics.

Vivo S9 5G will be one of the first commercial devices on the latest Dimensity 1100 platform developed by MediaTek. This product, we recall, contains eight computing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.6 GHz, a Mali G77 graphics accelerator, and a 5G modem.

Earlier, information about the Vivo smartphone based on the Density 1100 platform was published in the Google Play Console: then it was said about the preparation of a device with the V2072A code. Obviously, this is the Vivo S9 model.

The equipment will include 12 GB of RAM, a flash drive with a capacity of 256 GB, as well as a rear camera, which is likely to combine at least three optical modules with image sensors.

The official presentation of the novelty is expected on March 6. The smartphone will ship with Android 11, augmented by a proprietary custom add-on.
