Initially, it ran Android 10 with Funtouch OS 11. The manufacturer has begun distributing firmware based on Android 11, which runs under the model number PD2020F_EX_A_6.70.8, and its size is 3.6 GB.

This update brings all the innovations of the Android 11 operating system and notification history, priority chat, and floating windows. Also, the update contains the Android security patch from November this year.

The Vivo V20 Pro 5G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD + display. This is a standard panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is built based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC and is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory.

Image sensors with a resolution of 44 and 8 megapixels are installed in the front camera; the second module is used for wide-angle shooting. The main front-facing camera can take great selfies at night and record 4K video. The main camera is equipped with image sensors with 64, 8, and 2 megapixels.
