The VTB Bank team announced that it is already completing testing and will launch a full-fledged online bank on the chat bot platform in VK Messenger by the end of April. As the developers promise, with the new service, customers will be able to perform more than 80% of daily financial transactions without leaving the VKontakte social network.
The bank works in the mobile version of the social network on all devices, including smartphones with iOS and Android.

VTB online bank in VK Messenger will allow you to check the balance of cards and accounts, make daily financial transactions and view their history. The time for conducting transactions will be reduced by 2 times compared to the Internet bank. Using the service, customers will be able to quickly transfer money through the SBP or pay bills added to VTB Online subscriptions: taxes, traffic police fines, education, utility bills and more, as well as top up their mobile phone balance.
In order to start using VTB Bank on VK, a social network user needs to go to the VKontakte application and find the VTB community with a blue verification checkmark. Then open a dialogue with the chatbot and click on the “VTB Online” button. When you first log in, in the form that opens, you can enter the data to log into your account in VTB Online, the next time you will need to enter only the code from the SMS received from the bank. The chatbot can also provide advice on VTB products and services.
