It is already available for users of WhatsApp beta versions 2.20.195.1 for Android and 2.20.70.26 for iOS. Currently, users can download the only set of animated stickers called Playful Piyomaru from the WhatsApp Store. As expected, in the near future other sets will appear in the store.
Users can send animated stickers and save them to themselves, downloading and importing from third-party sources should appear later. Another limitation is that while the stickers do not support looped animation and play it only once upon receipt.
