The team of the popular WhatsApp messenger has announced the launch of a new useful feature. The innovation expands the possibilities of working with disappearing messages.
WhatsApp has for some time now available special chats in which the correspondence is erased after a while. Now the “Save in chat” function has become available, which allows you to save the necessary messages in the correspondence and provides additional options for senders.

WhatsApp developers explained:
We believe that if you sent a message, then it is up to you to decide whether other participants in the chat can save it.
At the same time, if someone saves the message, the sender will receive a notification and, if desired, will be able to prohibit this action. The save ban will apply to all participants and cannot be removed. The post will be deleted when it expires.
