As the Interfax agency writes with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, AvtoVAZ bought out the former joint venture of the Japanese companies Toyota Tsusho (65%) and Atsumitec (35%), which produced gearshift drives.

Based on the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 99% of the shares of ATC Rus are now owned by JSC AvtoVAZ, another 1% – by the distributor of spare parts of the group JSC Lada-Image. The production of ATC Rus was opened in the Togliatti SEZ in the spring of 2016, the enterprise is designed to produce 400,000 manual and automatic transmission drives.
