The Videocardz resource has received confirmation of the date for accepting orders and the start of shipments of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 16 GB of memory – this will happen on July 18. Obviously, global retail sales will also start on this day. There is no date when reviews will be published, but usually this happens on the eve of the start of sales or a few days before.
Will gamers finally start buying the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti?
Gamers aren’t lining up for the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 8GB of memory – perhaps the 16GB version will be more popular. At the same time, it should be noted that for a few additional memory chips, Nvidia will ask for a solid increase of $100 (or €110, depending on the market). At the same time, apart from the volume itself, there will be no differences from the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB.
And one more important point: the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB will not have a Founders Edition, so this model will not have a guaranteed affordable option with a good component base.
