Fans of the Resident Evil may need to prepare for a new franchise image.
Recently, an informant Dusk Golem said that in Resident Evil 8 there will be a first-person view, and the project will offer a number of radical innovations. Hallucinations, occultism, madness, and distrust of other people will be significant components of the game.
Will Resident Evil change? – VGC confirms rumours about the eighth of the series
The VGC edition confirms Dusk Golem’s Resident Evil 8 information. According to VGC, the game will have a first-person view, and Ethan Winters, the protagonist of the seventh part, will become the protagonist of the game. VGC assures that in the eighth part there will be hallucinations, “moments connected with madness” and “enemies based on mythical creatures like werewolves”.
The game is scheduled for release in 2021 on the consoles of the current and new generations.
VGC sources also report that Capcom cancelled the Deep Down project, which was announced in 2013, while the game was “almost ready.”
