Problems are gaining momentum
Users continue to complain about a recent update to the Windows 10 operating system released by Microsoft on April 14th.
Windows 10 update KB4549951 was supposed to patch four very serious security holes in the operating system. The update was highly recommended for all users.
Almost immediately, users started complaining about numerous problems. Among the complaints are the “blue screen of death”, disconnected Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, connection problems, poor performance. Some users have also experienced a global system crash.
However, this was not the end of the matter. Now it was discovered that the update also removes or moves files from some users without permission. In some cases, users report that documents, images, files and personal settings disappeared after installing Windows 10 KB4549951.
According to one version, this is a return of the old problem when the operating system boots with a temporary user profile, which knocks down the settings and leads to the disappearance of icons and files from the desktop.
Here is a tip from one of the affected users:
This update is a disaster. It deleted my files, pictures, documents stored on disk, as well as my applications downloaded from the Windows Store. ”
