In May of this year, No Man’s Sky debuted in the Xbox Game Pass and also became available in the Windows 10 store for PC. And in a blog post on the Xbox website, Sean Murray, Managing Director, and Programmer at Hello Games said that in June the studio was able to attract more than a million new players just due to the appearance on the list of Xbox Game Pass and on Windows ten. He mentioned last month ‘s cross-platform update and added that new players from Xbox Game Pass and Windows 10 have joined the community on other platforms, and as a result, Hello Games has seen record numbers in the project history. The cross-platform game is present on all supported systems so that owners of PS4, PC, and Xbox One can explore the science fiction universe together. The project was released in 2016 and became one of the most successful launches of that year on Steam. He, however, was heavily criticized for technical problems and the lack of a lot of promised content before the release. But since then, No Man’s Sky regularly receives free updates that bring significant innovations and change the game for the better.
