Admittedly, the inventory display of some models is currently at 0, but that should change quickly, some models, such as the Xiaomi 12 Pro in the maximum configuration, are already in stock.
While the Cect shop is taking a break these days and is not accepting any new orders, TradingShenzhen is already fully geared to the Xiaomi 12.
