The Chinese company Xiaomi has revealed the characteristics and price of the “smart” projector MIJIA Projector Youth Edition 2, the fundraising for the organization of the release of which is carried out through a crowdfunding platform.
The device is capable of forming an image with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, which corresponds to the Full HD standard. The maximum brightness is 460 ANSI lumens. Real-time autofocus system implemented.
The projector provides the ability to interact with the XiaoAI intelligent voice assistant. In addition, the device has integration with the MIJIA IoT IoT ecosystem. Thanks to this, when the novelty is turned on, the window curtains can automatically close and the lights in the room can be turned off. In addition, the projector can be connected to a video doorbell – the image from the latter’s camera can be displayed on the projection screen.
HDR10 support is mentioned. The declared noise level during operation does not exceed 28 dB. The package includes a remote control.
At the stage of the crowdfunding program, the MIJIA Projector Youth Edition 2 can be ordered for an estimated price of US $ 320. In the future, the cost of new items will rise to $ 380.
