Xiaomi has unveiled a new miniature e-book called InkPalm 5, which is offered on Youpin’s collective funding platform for around $ 90.

The InkPalm 5 e-reader is equipped with a 5.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a density of 284 pixels per inch. The device weighs only 115 grams and is 6.9 mm thick. It is very convenient to carry with you – it easily fits in your pocket.
The device uses high transmittance glass, which greatly improves the touch sensitivity of the screen. The logo at the bottom of the screen is a touch key that supports custom operations. The device also supports 24-level dual-color reading light temperature adjustment, which is mostly only available on flagship e-readers.
The InkPalm 5 uses a quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal flash storage. A 1400 mAh battery is installed inside, the operating time is not reported.
The gadget runs on the Android 8.1 operating system, supports the installation of third-party applications, as well as the import of e-books.
